The Bark & Bite

On Saturday October 7, 2017 nine bands went to compete in Fayette for the Central Methodist Univeristy Band Day. Last year the New Franklin Band placed 7th. This year the band stepped it up a notch and placed 6th in our district. Mrs. Dobbs, the band director, said, "It was the best year yet!" Glasgow got first place. In second place was Orrick only behind by 0.5 of a point. In third place was Leeton. In fourth place was Norborne and right behind them in fifth place was North Shelby. Good job New Franklin Band!
